3.2 Mechanical Dimension

When installing the direct drive linear stage, remove the dust-proof cover of stage first. As shown in the figure, first remove the trimstrips at both end of the dust-proof cover, then pull out the dust-proof cover, and roll up the stainless steel dust-proof strips on both sides,please becareful not to pull out the stainless steel dust-proof strips.There are two rows of M6counter bore in the module, which are used to fix the gantry stage on the machine. The disassembly and assembly on both sides of X-axis (lower axis) are the same.
Note during installation:
1) Please pay attention to use stainless steel M6 screws when installing the axis stage. When using an AllenKey, please pay attention to the strong magnetic at the magnetic track and do not suck it into the magnetic track;
2) The components of custom stages have been precisely installed and debugged, please do not disassemble by yourself;
3) After installation, pay attention to check the foreign matter at the magnetic track, and remove it in time when found.
