Shenzhen, China – November 6, 2024– Han’s Motor attended the AI-Empowered Smart Factory: Leading the Future of Electronics Manufacturing forum, organized by Zhibo Digital at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. The event brought together industry leaders and technology innovators to explore AI applications in smart factories, automation, 3D vision, digital twins, and collaborative robotics.
At the forum, Xiong Feng, Key Account Manager of Han’s Motor Marketing Center, delivered a keynote titled Applications and Development of Direct-Drive Motors in the Electronics Industry. He highlighted the company’s latest advancements in direct-drive technology and its ability to deliver high-end automation solutions that combine reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
Recognizing the limitations of relying on imported encoders, Han’s Motor has independently developed four encoder sizes compatible with more than 20 motor models. Key offerings include the TX series and HANS-B series torque motors. The TX series features direct-drive motors with selectable bus or pulse drives, ±2 arcsecond repeat positioning accuracy, torque ranging from 5 to 100 Nm, and proprietary absolute encoders. These motors are widely used in laser marking, vision inspection, and automation equipment, helping customers enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
