Frameless Torque Motor for Medical Automation

Frameless Torque Motor with Integrated Rotary Table

Quality Assurance System
Han’s Motor is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Han’s Laser (Stock Code: 002008), and strictly follows the group’s rigorous management protocols. Since 2001, Han’s Laser has been ISO 9001 certified for quality management, while Han’s Motor obtained ISO 14001 environmental management certification in 2007. These systems continue to operate effectively and form the foundation of our quality culture.
All of our linear and direct drive motors undergo comprehensive quality inspection across every production stage — including IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control), and OQC (Outgoing Quality Control). We also implement rigorous product lifecycle testing such as thermal endurance, insulation resistance, shock and vibration tests to ensure performance and reliability in critical applications.

Our production base is equipped with high-precision CNC machining centers, automated coil winding and assembly lines, and a full suite of in-house performance testing systems. From small batch customization to large-scale orders, we ensure stable, on-time delivery with consistently high quality.
